Fund "Nation Revival" was founded in 1999 by Dmitro V. Dvorkis, the first unanimously elected Mayor of the Vinnitsa city, people's Deputy of Ukraine.

The main goal of Fund is to affirm principles of humanity
and charity in our society, to render economic, financial, organizational or any other kind of assistance to the people
who really need it.

This assistance may be given in any of the following forms:

- economic, financial or other assistance, lent once or
  systematically;
- financing specific programs;
- assistance, based on the charity activity contract;
- consent for using the Fund Name, Emblem, Logo or other
  symbols.
