I am sure when people - with different way of thinking, different mentality, religion, likes and dislikes, but not indifferent to the sufferings of other - unite, our world becomes kinder and more perfect.

Today in Ukraine we are not speaking so much about economic crisis in the state, but about the nation degeneration. Non-predictable post-effects of the Chernobil catastrophe, financial difficulties of the people who are becoming
improverished, constant epidemic threat, immune system problems, progressive growth of infantile paralysis cases, TB patients, oncology cases especially among children and young women, drugs and alcoholism - unfortunately, this is our reality.

I know the state mechanism functioning at all levels being the Mayor of the city and the Head of the Region and nowadays a People's deputy. There's no possibility to solve many problems in the country, especially social ones, only by the budget financing and state organizations which aren't perfect. That's why when I was the Mayor of Vinnitsa, the Mayor's Fund was created.

Here is the small list of the Fund functioning directions - stipends for the gifted children of the city, care for the talented youth, financial support of educational establishments, introduction of new instruction programs, help to poor people and their families who are behind the poverty limits, etc, etc.

Logically, the next step was the foundation of NATIONAL REVIVAL FUND, the charitable activity of which is directed to the establishment of humanism and mercy, providing financial, material, organizational assistance and help, especially for children - they are the greatest treasure of any civilized society.
