Work Experience:
Dmitry V. Dvorkis worked in construction organizations
of the Region and city, beginning as a construction worker, construction
site manager, making a career of the Regional Association Manager. From
1980 to 1984 worked as the Head of Vinnitsa Construction "Ukrrembudtrest"
Management, from 1984 to 1991 - the Head of specialized RPO "Ukrlift" Management.
In 1991- 92 he was the General Manager of the "Vinnitsabudmaterial" Vinnitsa
Regional Association.
From May 1992 - he was the Head of the Vinnitsa City Council.
From 1994 Dmitry Dvorkis was the first unanimously elected
Mayor, in 1998 he was elected again.
In 1999 he was the Head of the Regional State Administration.
On November 23, 1999 there was an attempt for assossination of people's deputy, the Head of the City Dmitry V. Dvorkis during which his driver was killed.
Now Dmitry V. Dvorkis is the people's deputy of Ukraine.

- the "Caval Honour to Motherland Loyalty";
1999 - was awarded by the medal "For Civil Courage".
